“I am an athlete and athletes never give up.” Manik has gifted himself a renewed chance at being healthy which in turn has rewarded him with mental strength, calmness and an uplifting performance in all facets of life: at the office, at home with his family. He believes strongly in balance of body and mind, which he says is the foundation of fitness that empowers one to achieve their highest potential. His fitness journey began with self-introspection, an honest assessment of his lifestyle, after which a lot of effort was put into correcting harmful habits like eating junk and procrastinating. He began to run every day, made fitness a priority and was eventually successful at achieving his fitness goals.
